The Outsource IT to Tunisia initiative is promoted by a special taskforce headed by the Tunisian Union of Trade and Manufacturing (UTICA), the leading Tunisian business association.
This taskforce was put together in order to structure the communication programs of the Tunisian private sector before and during the World Summit for Information Society (WSIS), which will be held in November 2005 in Tunisia.
